Job Title: Digital Operation Officer
Location: Abuja (FCT)

Core Responsibilities
Digital Systems & Workflow Management
Set up, organize, and maintain Eden’s digital work environment, including shared drives, documents, spreadsheets, forms, calendars, and collaboration tools
Design and enforce clear folder structures, naming conventions, access permissions, and version control
Convert manual or informal processes into structured digital workflows
Ensure all operational documents and data are properly stored, retrievable, and up to date
Maintain discipline and order across all shared digital resources
Office Automation & Process Improvement:
Identify repetitive, inefficient, or error-prone processes and propose digital or automated alternatives
Design trackers, forms, templates, dashboards, and simple automations using available tools
Document workflows and standard procedures for consistency and continuity
Reduce reliance on memory, WhatsApp instructions, and verbal follow-ups
Continuously improve how Eden manages tasks, clients, candidates, records, and engagements
Business Systems / CRM Support (Tool-Agnostic):
Support the setup, organization, and day-to-day use of Eden’s business systems, including CRM or database platforms used for managing clients, candidates, projects, and engagements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within these systems
Ensure business systems align with Eden’s recruitment, consulting, and operations workflows
Support basic reporting, tracking, and visibility from these systems
Liaise with external vendors or consultants where advanced configuration or support is required
Website & Digital Platform Support:
Post, update, and manage content on Eden’s website and related digital platforms
Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with internal documentation
Coordinate with developers, hosting providers, or external vendors when technical issues arise
Maintain orderly digital presence across owned platforms
Graphics & Digital Content Support:
Design basic graphics and visual materials using tools such as Canva or equivalent platforms
Support preparation of proposals, presentations, internal documents, announcements, and simple marketing materials
Maintain basic brand consistency across materials
Produce digital-ready and print-ready files without external dependency for routine needs
Printing, Publishing & Production Coordination:
Prepare files correctly for printing and publishing
Liaise with printers and production vendors
Understand practical considerations such as formats, finishes, turnaround times, and cost implications
Conduct basic quality control on printed materials
Support production of reports, manuals, forms, brochures, and branded documents
Cross-Functional Operational Support:
Provide digital and systems support to internal teams (HR, recruitment, consulting, admin)
Assist in setting up trackers, reports, and simple dashboards for projects and operations
Support onboarding, audits, transitions, and internal process changes
Carry out other operational tasks reasonably aligned with the purpose of the role
Authority and Limit:
Authorized to organize, structure, and improve digital tools and workflows
Does not have authority to approve financial, contractual, or policy decisions
Does not function as a network engineer or hardware IT administrator

Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2-5 years experience.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Technical & Functional:
Strong working knowledge of modern digital productivity tools (e.g. document management, spreadsheets, forms, collaboration tools)
Practical experience with basic graphic design tools (e.g. Canva or equivalent)
Experience using CRM, database, or workflow systems (tool-agnostic)
Basic website content management experience
Strong digital file and data management skills
Practical understanding of printing and publishing processes
