Description

• We are seeking a visionary and experienced marketing leader to join our executive team as Chief Marketing Officer. The CMO will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and implement the company's marketing strategy and plan
• Align marketing efforts with business objectives and customer needs
• Drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth

Brand Management:

• Develop and maintain the company's brand identity and messaging
• Ensure consistent brand expression across all channels and touchpoints
• Enhance brand reputation and equity

Customer Insights and Analytics:

• Lead customer research and insights to inform marketing decisions
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
• Leverage data and analytics to optimize marketing efforts

Marketing Channels and Tactics:

• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, email, events, etc.)
• Manage marketing budget and resource allocation
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Product Marketing:

• Collaborate with product teams to develop and launch new products and services
• Develop product marketing strategies and campaigns
• Drive product adoption and revenue growth

Team Leadership:

• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and brand awareness
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Must be based in Abuja or looking to relocate

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Business
• Experience in financial services or banking industry
• Digital marketing expertise (social media, email, analytics, etc.)
• Data-driven decision-making skills
