Account Clerk at Lerikan Communication Limited

Lerikan Communications Limited is a start-up company that specialises in events, Real estate, event space rentals and media broadcasting.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Clerk

Location: Badore, Ajah - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Processing: Recording business transactions, entering data from vouchers, invoices, and receipts into accounting systems.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Processing bills for payment, issuing checks, managing vendor accounts, and handling customer invoices.
• Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements, supplier accounts, and daily balance sheets.
• Financial Reporting: Assisting with the preparation of financial statements, expense reports, and other management reports.
• Filing & Organization: Maintaining orderly physical and electronic filing systems for financial documents.
• Administrative Support: Providing general clerical support, handling mail, and managing petty cash.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to internal financial policies and external regulations.

Requirements

• BSc or HND qualification in Accounting from any reputable institution
• Accounting Technicians Scheme West Africa (ATSWA) it's an added advantage
• Close proximity to Badore, Ajah.
