We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Factor Nurse

Location: Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Emergency Care: Provide immediate assessment, first aid, and emergency care for work-related injuries and sudden illnesses.
• Health Assessments: Conduct pre-employment screenings, periodic health evaluations, and immunizations.
• Health & Safety Programs: Develop and implement wellness initiatives, ergonomics assessments, and injury prevention training.
• Medical Record Management: Maintain accurate, confidential employee health records and track incidents.
• Employee Education: Train employees on safety protocols, healthy habits, and risk reduction.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to occupational health and safety laws and company policies.
• Collaboration: Work with management, HR, and safety teams to address hazards and improve the work environment.
• Case Management: Assist with workers' compensation cases and coordinate specialist referrals.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification
• Candidates should possess a minimum of ND in Nursing
• Experience in industrial, occupational health, or emergency care settings.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA / health regulations.
