Swift Consulting Limited - Our client, a Logistics company, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities 

• Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards
• Support auditors during audits when required
• Record daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts
• Prepare and update cashbook, expense reports, and reconciliation statements
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
• Maintain proper documentation of all financial records
• Support the management with budget monitoring and cost control
• Track account payables and receivables
• Assist with payroll preparation.

Requirements

• National Diploma (ND/OND) in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience is required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Experience in logistics is an added advantage.
