Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end systems.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for building responsive user interfaces, developing secure server-side logic, integrating APIs, managing databases, and ensuring overall application performance and reliability.
• This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern frameworks.
• Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and application services.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Manage and optimize databases (SQL and NoSQL).
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and follow version control best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Competencies
Front-End Skills:

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• React, Next.js, or similar frameworks
• Responsive design and UI/UX principles
• Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or CSS frameworks.

Back-End Skills:

• Node.js, Express.js, or similar backend frameworks
• RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL
• Authentication (JWT, OAuth)
• Server-side architecture and logic
• Flash Framework

Database & DevOps:

• SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB)
• Version control (Git, GitHub/GitLab)
• Deployment platforms (Vercel, AWS, Azure, or similar)
• Basic CI/CD understanding

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and code quality.
