Job Description

• Fresh2Go Smoothie & Co. is a fast-growing food and beverage brand committed to delivering fresh and high-quality meals and drinks.
• We are seeking responsible and experienced Dispatch Riders to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and support smooth outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers safely and on time
• Ensure proper handling of food and beverage items during delivery
• Maintain accurate delivery records and receipts
• Inspect and maintain the company motorcycle or delivery vehicle
• Follow all traffic rules, safety guidelines, and company policies
• Assist in loading and unloading products when necessary
• Communicate effectively with the outlet and customers regarding delivery updates.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of SSCE
• Additional certification in traffic safety or logistics is an advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a delivery rider, courier, or dispatch rider is preferred
• Fresh applicants with a valid license and strong knowledge of local routes can apply.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations
• Valid motorcycle license and delivery experience
• Punctual, reliable, and customer-focused
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Other Requirements:

• Neat, disciplined, and physically fit
• Must have a valid motorcycle license
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Honest, reliable, and responsible.

Remuneration

• Competitive salary - N70,000 - N90,000 monthly
