Job Title: Inventory & Store Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

About the Role

• The Inventory & Store Officer is responsible for the management, control, and accountability of all stock and products within the company.
• This role ensures accurate inventory records, proper storage, timely order fulfilment, and effective collaboration with Sales, Digital, and Finance units.
• The position is critical to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management & ERP:

• Upload and manage all products on the ERP system
• Receive, inspect, record, and document all incoming stock
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records at all times

Store & Warehouse Operations:

• Arrange products neatly on shelves and in the warehouse
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of items
• Clean and dust shelves regularly to maintain hygiene standards
• Prevent loss, damage, theft, or misplacement of stock

Order Fulfilment:

• Receive all paid customer orders from the Sales & Customer Experience Unit
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Ensure all customer orders are dispatched within 24 hours

Personalisation & Digital Support:

• Personalise customer orders strictly based on approved instructions
• Arrange products for party packs, gift sets, and digital/photo/video shoots
• Support the Digital / E-commerce Unit during content creation

Internal Coordination:

• Release products to Cashiers strictly for ERP-recorded sales
• Maintain clear communication with Sales, Digital, and Finance teams

Education & Qualifications

• Minimum educational qualification: ND or NCE with 0-1 year experience
• Additional training in inventory, logistics, or store management is an added advantage

Other Requirements:

• Must reside within Lekki / Jakande axis
• Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis
• Ability to work in a structured, control-driven environment
• High level of honesty, discipline, and accountability
• Strict compliance with company policies and procedures is mandatory.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping ability
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control
• Ability to use ERP systems and basic computer applications
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to follow instructions and company procedures strictly
• Teamwork and effective communication skills
• Physical stamina for handling stock and warehouse activities
