About the Role

• We are looking to engage a smart, reliable, and driven lawyer to serve as a Legal & Executive Assistant.
• This role is ideal for a lawyer with solid foundational skills who is eager to grow rapidly, take responsibility, and contribute meaningfully across legal, administrative and executive functions.
• The successful candidate will be comfortable working with minimal supervision, possess strong drafting and organisational skills, and show genuine initiative in supporting both legal and administrative operations.
• This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys learning, thinking critically, and delivering quality work consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and structure legal documents, agreements, and professional correspondence.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, memos, and support materials.
• Provide executive and administrative support, including reports, follow-ups, and task tracking.
• Manage schedules, communications, and action points efficiently.
• Take initiative in identifying issues, gaps, and areas requiring attention.
• Support property, legal, and investment-related matters as required.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an LL.B and B.L. Degree (must be a qualified lawyer) with at least 1 year experience
• Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) at both University and Law School.
• Strong legal drafting and writing skills with excellent grammar and structure.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
• Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and grow within the role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general document management.

Location Preference:

• Applicants should reside within or around Ojota, Ikeja, Ketu, Palmgrove, Maryland, Gbagada, Oworonshoki, Yaba, Bariga, Oshodi, Ilupeju, Mushin, or nearby areas in Lagos.
