Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily office operations and assist with administrative tasks and errands.
• The ideal candidate should be proactive, trustworthy, and willing to support the team as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support in the office
• Assist with filing, record-keeping, and basic documentation
• Run office and business-related errands when required
• Support inventory checks and stock arrangement
• Assist with customer walk-ins when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space
• Support other team members with assigned tasks

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification
• Ability to follow instructions and manage time effectively
• Honest, reliable, and physically fit for errands
• Basic communication skills
• Proximity to Lekki is an added advantage.
