Job Title: Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor

About the Role

• We are seeking a high-energy Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s dining outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet halls.
• The primary goal is to ensure an exceptional guest dining experience while maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and operational efficiency.
• The ideal candidate will lead a team of servers, bartenders, and hostesses, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight:

• Supervise the daily floor operations to ensure seamless service.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily specials, guest counts, and service standards.
• Ensure all dining areas, including furniture and equipment, are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Monitor and manage table turnover and guest seating flow during peak hours.

Team Leadership & Training:

• Schedule, train, and mentor F&B staff to maintain a high level of professionalism.
• Enforce grooming standards and adherence to the hotel’s code of conduct.
• Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve service quality.

Guest Relations:

• Maintain a visible presence on the floor to engage with guests and ensure their satisfaction.
• Proactively handle guest complaints or special requests with diplomacy and speed.
• Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and a professional farewell.

Financial & Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels (beverages, linens, glassware) and coordinate with the procurement team for restocked items.
• Assist in conducting regular inventory audits to minimize breakage and wastage.
• Ensure accurate billing and handle cash/POS transactions according to hotel policy.
• Help implement cost-control measures to meet departmental budget goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field with 3–5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Proficiency in using POS (Point of Sale) software, Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene protocols, and mixology/wine service.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Benefits & Compensation

• Monthly Net Salary: N200,000 - N300,000.
• Accommodation: Provided by the hotel (for candidates moving from outside PH).
• Service Charge: Monthly distribution based on hotel performance.
• Meals: Duty meals provided during shifts.
