Job Description

• Operations & Workflow: Organize bookings, assign work, manage workflow for efficiency, and ensure timely completion of services.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise mechanics/technicians; foster teamwork and professional development.
• Customer Relations: Interact with customers, provide quotes, discuss work, resolve issues, and build loyalty.
• Financial Management: Control budgets, manage costs, order parts/supplies, and maintain business accounts.
• Quality & Safety: Check completed work, ensure adherence to safety regulations (H&S, legal compliance), and maintain operational standards.
• Inventory Management: Manage stock of parts and equipment, ensuring availability.
• Reporting: Maintain records, detect recurring faults, and report on performance.
