Job Title: Cashier

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Cash Handling: Balance cash drawer, follow security procedures, and document money movement.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of promotions, products, and store policies.
• Process Transactions: Greet customers, scan items, accept payments (cash, credit/debit, checks), give change, and provide receipts.
• Customer Service: Answer product questions, help locate items, resolve complaints, and process refunds/exchanges.
