Ark Creative Agency is a passionate and well-established commercial print and graphic design agency.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities (What we Expect of You)

• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
• Upload orders, prepare invoices, and record leads on the company ERP and Invoicing tools
• Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
• Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
• Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
• Keeping accurate records about inventory and account notes. Maintaining updated knowledge of the company's products and services.
• Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience.
• Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Sales/Account Executive, or in a similar client-facing role (branding, sales, or service industry preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to close sales and meet or exceed targets.
• Experience using ERP systems, invoicing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle client complaints and resolve disputes professionally.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
• Proximity to Onipanu, or the ability to commute reliably, is an added advantage.
