Job Summary

• We are seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for the role of Secretary for the Marketing department.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing all customer relations portfolio namely marketing correspondence i.e. emails, toll free line, bulk sms etc.
• Liaising with relevant officers within the company to ensure that all marketing correspondence are promptly dispatched and responded to swiftly
• Follow up on various internet interactive platforms
• Compile contents for the company's promotional materials like catalogues, leaflets etc
• Manage the department's database and client information

Qualification

• HND in Secretarial Studies or any related Social Sciences discipline

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years working experience in a similar position.

Applicants must have the following demonstrable skills:

• Be computer literate and versatile in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point packages.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work independently with minimal or no supervision.
