Style Fusion Salon and Spa is recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Hairstylist

Location: Karu, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Create and style a wide range of braids (e.g., box braids, knotless, twists, cornrows, Ghana weaving, etc.) with professional finesse and attention to detail.
• Install, customize, and maintain wigs, closures, frontals, and other hair extensions with precision and care.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend styles that suit their face shape, lifestyle, and hair type.
• Maintain high hygiene and safety standards in all hair care procedures.
• Provide aftercare advice and product recommendations to clients.
• Keep up with latest hair trends, tools, and techniques.
• Support the salon’s image of excellence through professional conduct, punctuality, and quality service delivery.
• Ensure workstation and equipment are clean, sanitized, and well-organized.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments, client preferences, and product usage.
• Contribute positively to the team culture and support spa promotions or events.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 2–3 years professional experience specializing in braids and wigs.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide variety of braid styles and wig installations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for hair care, fashion, and client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Knowledge of scalp care, natural hair maintenance, and trending styles is a plus.
