Description

• Are you passionate about beauty, wellness, and creating unforgettable client experiences? We are looking for an exceptional Salon and Spa Manager to lead our upscale unisex salon and spa. This is a unique opportunity to manage a thriving beauty destination known for excellence, innovation, and premium customer care.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon and spa, ensuring all areas run efficiently, professionally, and in line with brand standards.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate a diverse team of hair stylists, barbers, beauticians, massage therapists, and spa professionals. Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Customer Experience: Ensure outstanding service delivery by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, customer care, ambiance, and client satisfaction. Promptly handle complaints or service issues with professionalism and tact.
• Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales through service excellence, cross-selling, client retention strategies, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions. Set and monitor performance KPIs for team members.
• Scheduling & Workflow Coordination: Prepare and manage staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during peak and off-peak hours. Ensure seamless booking and service flow.
• Inventory & Supplies: Monitor usage and manage inventory of salon and spa products, tools, and supplies. Maintain relationships with vendors and ensure timely procurement.
• Marketing & Brand Representation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create attractive campaigns, social media content, and promotional events that increase brand visibility and attract new clientele.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to health, safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards for both clients and staff.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Beauty Management, Business Administration, or related field is an added advantage with a minimum of 2 years proven experience managing a high-end salon, spa, or wellness center.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and inspire a creative team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Solid understanding of beauty and wellness trends, products, and techniques.
• Experience in budgeting, reporting, and meeting revenue targets.
• Knowledge of salon/spa booking systems and POS software.
