Job Description

• Hazel’s Interieurs is seeking a skilled and creative Architect / Interior Designer with proven experience in an interior design firm. Interiors
• The role involves developing interior and architectural design concepts, producing detailed drawings, and supporting project execution from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client briefs
• Prepare space plans, interior layouts, and working drawings
• Produce 3D models, renders, and presentation materials
• Prepare detailed drawings for interior fit-outs and site execution
• Liaise with project managers, vendors, and site teams
• Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is properly executed
• Handle client presentations, revisions, and approvals
• Support material selection, specifications, and finishes.

Education

• HND / BSc in Architecture or related discipline
• Professional certifications are an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3–5 years relevant experience
• Previous experience working in an interior design firm is mandatory
• Experience handling residential and/or commercial interior projects.

Other Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop
• Must be Lagos-based, preferably within or close to Ilupeju / Lagos Mainland
• Ability to resume within a reasonable timeframe
• Portfolio of completed interior projects is required.

Skills:

• Strong interior space planning and detailing skills
• 3D visualization and presentation skills
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and joinery details
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Remuneration

• Salary: N220,000 / month.
• Competitive salary
• Compensation will be based on experience, skill level, and performance
