The Mission

• As our Project Manager, you will be the bridge between our creative team and our clients.
• You aren't just managing tasks; you are managing momentum.
• Your goal is to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• End-to-End Execution: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse digital marketing projects, including SEO/SEM campaigns, social media strategies, email marketing, and web development.
• Strategic Roadmapping: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
• Resource Management: Allocate team resources effectively, ensuring designers, copywriters, and developers are aligned and hitting milestones.
• Timeline Ownership: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Gantt charts, Kanban boards) to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
• Quality Control: Review all deliverables to ensure they meet the Uppermark standard of excellence and adhere to the client's brand guidelines.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project updates, managing expectations and providing transparent reporting on campaign performance (KPIs).
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks or scope creep and implement solutions before they impact the project.

Who You Are

• Experienced: You have at least 3 years of dedicated experience managing digital marketing projects (agency experience is a major plus).
• Tech-Savvy: You are a master of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Monday.com) and understand the digital marketing ecosystem.
• A Natural Leader: You know how to motivate a creative team and keep them focused under tight deadlines.
• Detail-Obsessed: You notice the typo or the off-brand color that everyone else missed.
• Analytical: You don't just see "data"; you see insights that can improve the next project.
• Interested candidates must reside in Surulere or on the Lagos Mainland to ensure a sustainable commute.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Type: Full-Time.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month
