Your Mission

• To be the driving force behind our video content, creating thumb-stopping, emotionally resonant work that tells our clients' stories and drives real engagement.

What Your Impact Will Be

• Create a Wide Range of Video: You will be responsible for editing and producing diverse video content, from high-energy social ads and product explainers to polished brand stories.
• Master Social-First Video: You will be a key part of creating our short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), helping our clients win on the platforms that matter most.
• Be a Key Part of the Creative Process: You will be involved in the entire creation journey, contributing ideas at the concept stage, assisting with shoots, and owning the post-production process.
• Refine Your Storytelling Skills: You will work with our team to shape raw footage into compelling narratives, mastering the art of pacing, sound design, and visual rhythm.

Qualifications & Experience

• A University Degree or HND in social sciences, or a related field, is a plus, but not required if your portfolio is excellent.
• 2 - 4 years of experience in video editing and content creation, with a portfolio that shows a range of work.
• Portfolio/Showreel: A strong showreel demonstrating your editing skills and creative potential is required. Please include a link in your application.

Skills:

• High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential.
• Strong skills in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics, titles, and basic animation.
• A great sense of timing, rhythm, and narrative structure.
• Familiarity with camera operation (DSLR/mirrorless), basic lighting, and sound recording is a major advantage.
