Job Summary 

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sales Executive to join our furniture and home décor company.
• The ideal candidate is passionate about home design, understands customer needs, and has a proven track record in sales.
• You will play a key role in driving revenue, promoting our products, and ensuring a great customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell furniture and home décor products to both new and existing clients.
• Advise customers on product selection, interior design trends, and suitable solutions for their space.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Identify new sales opportunities, follow up on leads, and convert inquiries into sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and report performance to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, product launches, and showroom events.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND, BSc, or OND in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in furniture, home décor, or interior design.
• Strong background in interior design and understanding of space planning, décor, and styling.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused, target-driven, and self-motivated.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
