Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Overview

• We are seeking a dedicated site supervisor to join our project team.
• The ideal candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of all our project sites, ensuring effective coordination and management.
• The role includes overseeing site maintenance, managing site staff, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to oversee all projects and ensure quality.
• Supervise and oversee daily construction activities on-site.
• Ensure work is executed according to project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor the quality of work to ensure adherence to company standards and safety regulations.
• Manage site labor and ensure the availability of required materials and equipment.
• Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly to avoid delays.
• Liaise with the project manager and engineering teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
• Maintain site records, including daily logs, inventory, and equipment usage.
• Create designs, drawings, specification and blueprints for Projects
• Ensure project completion within the allocated budget and timeline
• Taking up tasks on-site and hands-on approach to ensure task are completed efficiently and effectively without much supervision.
• Oversees the installation of materials, furniture, and other design elements.
• Source materials and products included in plans.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports.
• Provide regular status reports to Project Manager and Management
• Send monthly report to Management.
• Carry out any other duty as assigned.

equirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Building /Construction Technology or other relevant fields.
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role in architectural or construction industry is an added advantage.
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Relevant certifications in construction management, Quality Survey, HSE or Project management are advantageous.
• Master Degree is an added advantage
• Excellent organizational skills including time management, planning, meeting deadlines, and setting objectives.
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members and other colleagues.
• Ability to develop strong internal/external client relationships
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Prefferd Candidate:

• Manage and supervise site staff (technicians, security guards, stewards, cleaners, gardeners, etc.) and provide daily leadership to foster a high-performance, customer service-oriented work environment that aligns with the company's objectives and service expectations.
• Conduct daily inspections with site staff to ensure proper handling and maintenance of all vendor-related services.
• Foster and maintain a professional working relationship with all site workers and vendors.Liaise with the Project manager to identify and resolve any potential problems related to project plan, service delivery, and maintenance.
• Must have good supervisory and influencing skills.
• Excellent time management, organization, and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions and drive operational improvements.
• A proactive problem solver who can anticipate and address challenges before they escalate.
• Exceptional capacity for making sound judgments in high-pressure environments.
• Have an understanding of architectural design and experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 / month.
