We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Jahi, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and identifying strategic opportunities across Bryxcel Homes Ltd’s real estate portfolio.
  • The role requires a commercially astute professional with strong market intelligence, relationship management capabilities, and a results-driven mindset aligned with the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Market Expansion:

  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate segments.
  • Conduct market research to assess demand trends, pricing benchmarks, competitor positioning, and emerging investment opportunities.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies that align with corporate growth targets and profitability objectives.

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Drive property sales, leasing, and partnership opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation through deal closure.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitch decks, and investment briefs to prospective clients and partners.

Client & Stakeholder Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, corporate clients, brokers, agents, government bodies, and strategic partners.
  • Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless deal execution and client satisfaction.
  • Represent Bryxcel Homes Ltd at industry events, site inspections, and networking forums.

Deal Structuring & Negotiation:

  • Support negotiations on pricing, contract terms, and partnership agreements to optimize value for the company.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and timely deal closure.

Reporting & Performance Management:

  • Prepare periodic business development reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for management review.
  • Track KPIs related to sales performance, conversion rates, revenue growth, and market penetration.
