Role Overview

• The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in delivering efficient and professional HR services across the organisation. This role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee administration, onboarding, and HR operations. It is ideal for a motivated individual looking to build a career in Human Resources within a professional consulting environment.
• The successful candidate will work remotely for most of the month and attend onsite meetings and activities once monthly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assistwith recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assistin drafting HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and memos
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Help coordinate training, staff engagement, and HR events
• Support performance management and employee relations activities
• Respond to basic HR inquiries from staff

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree inHuman Resources Management, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 6 months experiencein a Human Resources role (internship or entry-level)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Onsite once a month, with remote work for the rest of the period
