Chemline Nigeria Limited (Chemline House) is a training and Event centre, we also hire out serviced offices.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Admin Assistant / Receptionist

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilties

• Greet and receive visitors courteously and professionally
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and inquiries
• Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming environment
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
• Maintain accurate records, files, and office documentation
• Provide general administrative support to management and staff
• Coordinate office supplies and ensure the reception area is orderly
• Assist with basic reporting, data entry, and documentation
• Support office events, meetings, and logistics as required.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with at least 1 year experience.

Salary
N70,000 monthly.
