We are building the infrastructure that helps people design, fix, and move into better homes with ease, while creating sustainable income opportunities for skilled artisans.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Growth Manager

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybri)

The Role

• We’re looking for a Growth Manager — a strong generalist who can turn up the company's revenue energy.
• You’ll work closely with the senior team leads to professionalise operations, drive revenue, and build scalable systems.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Thinks commercially
• Executes relentlessly
• Brings structure to chaos
• Can own growth, operations, and revenue together

Key Responsibilities
Business & Operations:

• Translate vision into clear operating plans, KPIs, and execution rhythms
• Own day-to-day business performance and reporting
• Set up systems for pricing, commissions and service delivery.

Growth & Revenue:

• Drive customer acquisition and retention across décor products, artisans, and moving services
• Design and execute sales strategies (B2C, B2B, partnerships)
• Identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities
• Track funnel performance and optimise conversion.

Sales & Partnerships:

• Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts
• Manage key accounts and high-value customers
• Build partnerships with customers and partners.
• Negotiate deals and close revenue-generating partnerships.

• Streamlined operations that run without constant firefighting
• Strong sales pipeline and repeat customers.

Who We’re Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree 
• Have experience across business operations, sales, growth, or general management
• Have worked in a startup, marketplace, e-commerce, logistics, or services business
• Are commercially sharp and numbers-driven
• Can move seamlessly between strategy and hands-on execution
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, partners, and teams

Bonus (not required):

• Experience scaling early-stage businesses
• Familiarity with marketplaces, artisan networks, or logistics.
