Role Overview

• We are seeking a results-driven Business Lead to oversee daily business operations, drive execution across teams, and support management in achieving operational and revenue objectives.
• The ideal candidate will be highly accountable, commercially aware, and capable of translating strategy into measurable outcomes while coordinating people, processes, and performance.
• This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is focused on delivery, structure, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and execution of targets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support operational and revenue goals
• Translate management objectives into actionable plans and monitor execution
• Ensure clarity of roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations across teams
• Track operational performance and provide regular updates to management
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements to enhance productivity
• Support staffing, onboarding, and performance alignment in collaboration with HR
• Promote accountability, discipline, and results-driven work culture
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (with an MBA preferably).
• 5- 7 years proven experience in a leadership, operations, or business coordination role
• Strong execution, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage people, processes, and priorities effectively
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Results-oriented mindset with high attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and drive accountability
