We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • We are seeking a passionate, confident, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our retail team.
  • This role is ideal for a fashion-driven professional who excels in sales, styling, and building strong customer relationships while representing a premium fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales:

  • Welcome customers warmly and guide them through product selections.
  • Provide expert knowledge on fashion pieces, sizes, fabrics, and trends.
  • Offer personalized styling recommendations and outfit pairings.
  • Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Product & Inventory Support:

  • Stay updated on new collections and industry trends.
  • Assist with stock checks, restocking, and reporting shortages.
  • Support inventory accuracy and ensure products are readily available.

Store Presentation:

  • Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Support merchandising and product display standards.

Sales Administration:

  • Process customer transactions using the POS system.
  • Issue receipts, invoices, and maintain customer purchase records.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the retail and sales team to achieve store goals.
  • Share insights to improve sales performance and customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills
Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage customers and close sales confidently.
  • Passion for fashion, styling, and retail sales.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS/sales software.
  • Results-oriented mindset and positive attitude.

Preferred:

  • 1+ year retail or fashion sales experience.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends and customer preferences.
  • Ability to work flexible retail hours (including weekends/holidays).

Success Metrics:

  • Performance will be measured by:
  • Sales revenue and target achievement.
  • Customer satisfaction and feedback.
  • Repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
  • Transaction accuracy and stock handling.
