Job Summary

• The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support by responding promptly to customer inquiries, handling orders, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience across all communication channels, including calls, chats, and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other communication platforms in a timely and professional manner
• Respond to customer messages and chats within the approved response time
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Provide correct information about products, prices, promotions, and delivery timelines
• Handle customer complaints, issues, and feedback politely and efficiently
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
• Maintain proper documentation and records of customer interactions
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved
• Work closely with dispatch, bakery, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and service standards at all times
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when representing the brand.
