We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Logistics Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Logistics Assistant will support the logistics and operations team in coordinating the movement, delivery, setup, and return of event items.
• The role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can work under pressure, ensure accuracy, and maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating the delivery, setup, and return of event furnitures, rentals.
• Support loading and offloading of items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
• Track delivered and retrieved items to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and operations teams to ensure timely execution
• Assist in maintaining proper logistics records and documentation
• Conduct basic checks on items before dispatch and upon return
• Report damaged, missing, or faulty items promptly
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and quality standards
• Support inventory counts and stock reconciliation when required
• Perform other logistics-related duties as assigned by the Logistics Supervisor or Operations Manager

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of OND qualification
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or operations is an advantage
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and during peak event periods
• Physically fit and able to assist with manual handling when required
• Basic record-keeping and reporting skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Candidate MUST reside in Ikeja, Lagos or its environs. NB: Close Proximity to Ikeja is very key.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
