We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Product Growth Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Contract
Type: Contract to Hire Based on Performance
Focus: Speed, execution, and sales
Reports to: Founder

About the role

  • This role is specifically for my personal brand with digital products and affiliate offers.
  • I have a full time job and other businesses to handle, so I need someone who can own the growth and product push end-to-end without daily supervision.
  • This role is not about ideas. It is about execution, funnels, links, content publishing, and conversions.
  • You will be responsible for making sure the product is visible, accessible, and consistently pushed across platforms.

Core Responsibilities
Funnel & Link Ownership:

  • Set up and manage Stan Store products and structure
  • Decide link-in-bio layout
  • Manage pinned posts and pinned comments
  • Manage story links
  • Set up and manage DM keyword automations
  • Ensure every piece of content leads to a clear CTA
  • You decide the placement. Founder approves once.

Content Execution & Publishing:

  • Turn founder’s ideas, recordings, or notes into publishable content
  • Schedule and post consistently on agreed platforms
  • Repurpose content across platforms
  • Use proven short-form formats for digital product sales
  • Maintain posting even when founder is unavailable.

Product Push & Optimization:

  • Actively push one core product or offer at a time
  • Track clicks, DMs, saves, and sales weekly
  • Adjust CTAs, links, and content formats based on performance
  • Report simply and clearly.

What This Role Is Not:

  • No rebranding projects
  • No logo redesigns
  • No long strategy decks
  • No daily approvals
  • No waiting for instructions
  • This role requires initiative and decisiveness.

Required Experience

  • Experience managing digital products or affiliate products
  • Familiar with creator funnels and link-in-bio tools
  • Comfortable with Stan Store or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of short-form content for conversion
  • Able to work independently and move fast
  • Must have strong knowledge on social media platforms, community building and growth.

Access & Confidentiality:

  • NDA required
  • No product resell or reuse
  • Editor access only to tools
  • No downloading or redistribution of products.

Performance Expectation:

  • Consistent posting( working along side brand manager)
  • Clear link structure
  • Weekly reporting
  • Measurable movement toward sales.

Salary
N50,000 - N60,000 / month
