Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee our security operations and ensure the safety and protection of our organization's assets, employees, and customers.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and possess the leadership skills necessary to lead our security team effectively.
• As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures, conducting regular risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• You will play a critical role in training and mentoring security staff, while also working closely with law enforcement and emergency services when needed.
• The position requires excellent communication skills, as you will be liaising with various departments to promote a culture of safety throughout the organization.
• Your ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations will be vital to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the security team.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and enhance security measures.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to maintain a high standard of performance.
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services to manage security-related situations.
• Prepare reports and maintain records related to security operations, incidents, and personnel training.

Requirements

• B.Sc, HND
• Relevant certification in security management or law enforcement is preferred, such as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP).
• Proven experience as a security supervisor or similar role in a security management capacity.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, procedures, and technology.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate others.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze security issues, assess risks, and implement effective solutions.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
