• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in the Security and Investigations industry.

• As the Operations Manager, you will also act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where applicable.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments to align operational initiatives with company-wide objectives.
• Evaluate operational performance and implement improvements based on data-driven analysis.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management within the security and investigations industry.
• Strong understanding of the security landscape, including industry standards and regulations.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in using data analytics tools to monitor performance and inform decision-making.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 monthly.
