Job Title: Client Relationship Officer

Location: Umuahia, Abia

Description

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ClientRelationship Officer to join our dynamic team in the Public Relations and Communications industry.
  • As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
  • Your expertise will play a critical role in understanding client needs and expectations, facilitating effective communication between clients and our internal teams, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our organization.
  • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of public relations principles, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • You will be tasked with developing strategies that promote positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns they may have, and ensuring that our services align with their unique requirements.
  • Through strong collaboration with various departments, you will devise initiatives that not only enhance client engagement but also drive the achievement of our company’s objectives.
  • This position calls for a professional who thrives on providing exceptional customer service and has a passion for building lasting relationships with clients across diverse sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to assess their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement effective communication strategies tailored to client requirements.
  • Monitor and analyze client feedback, making recommendations for service improvements based on data insights.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for client meetings, highlighting key achievements and opportunities for growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments, leveraging this knowledge to enhance client relationships and service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or relationship management within the public relations or communications industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client concerns.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating independent initiative.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other digital communication tools to enhance client interactions.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 monthly.
