We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Network Engineer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Network Design & Operations:

• Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center network infrastructures.
• Configure, manage, and support network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
• Ensure continuous availability of network services supporting card manufacturing, personalization, and secure production systems.
• Monitor network performance, capacity, and availability; proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime.

Security & Compliance:

• Implement and enforce network security controls in line with PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and internal information security policies.
• Manage firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), network segmentation, and access controls within secure zones.
• Support security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing activities related to network infrastructure.
• Maintain secure connectivity between production, personalization, and corporate environments while ensuring strict segregation of duties.

Incident Management & Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and resolve complex network incidents, outages, and performance issues within defined SLAs.
• Provide second- and third-level network support and participate in on-call or after-hours support as required.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive measures.

Change & Vendor Management:

• Participate in change management processes, including documentation, testing, approvals, and implementation of network changes.
• Work with hardware, software, and service vendors to procure, deploy, and maintain network solutions.
• Manage service providers and ensure compliance with contractual and security obligations.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement:

• Maintain up-to-date network diagrams, configurations, policies, and operational procedures.
• Identify opportunities for network optimization, automation, and improved resilience.
• Stay current with emerging networking and security technologies relevant to card manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month
