Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Jabi, Abuja (FCT)

Position Overview

• We are seeking a creative and strategic Graphic Designer with specialized experience in the real estate, financial, and hospitality sectors.
• The ideal candidate will translate complex investment concepts and property values into compelling visual narratives.
• You will be responsible for creating a wide range of digital and print materials that elevate our brands, support sales and marketing initiatives, and ensure consistent communication across all business verticals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality marketing collateral for real estate properties, including brochures, site plans, promotional banners, and digital advertisements.
• Develop clear, engaging, and compliant visual materials for REIT investment listings, fund presentations, and investor reports that communicate financial data effectively.
• Create branding and digital assets for our fintech and hospitality ventures, including user interface (UI) graphics, web elements, social media content, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure all visual output adheres to each company's brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and a premium brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and investment teams to understand project objectives and translate business goals into impactful visual solutions.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met within a fast-paced environment.
• Prepare and optimize graphics for various outputs, including print production, web, mobile, and social media platforms.
• Stay current with design trends, especially in real estate and fintech marketing, and propose innovative ideas to enhance visual communication.
• Maintain and organize a digital library of assets, including photos, logos, and design files.
• Provide design support for corporate presentations, event materials, and internal communications as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a verifiable portfolio demonstrating work for real estate, financial/investment, or hospitality clients.
• Relevant professional certification (e.g., Adobe Certified Expert, Certified Graphic Designer) is highly advantageous.
• Expert proficiency in industry-standard design software, primarily the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of the visual communication needs and regulatory nuances within the real estate and financial sectors.
• Must reside in Abuja and have the flexibility to work hours that may align with project deadlines and campaign launches.
• 7. Excellent attention to detail, typography skills, and the ability to receive and incorporate feedback constructively.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
