Job Title: Growth & Marketing Executive

Summary
The GME would be responsible for creating and executing strategies to increase the company’s user base, revenue, and brand presence across the group.
Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain prospective partners and clients across the group.
The role demands a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Growth and Marketing Development:
Research, analyze, and understand the target market audience for the ORIKI Group.
Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, PR, and traditional and paid advertising which includes but is not limited to fliers, billboards, and radio advertising
Manage and optimize the performance of digital marketing channels.
Forecast, measure, and analyze digital campaign performance across the funnel.
Develop and implement digital demand growth strategies.
Manage and oversee social media channels, the social media team/agency and LED display within the spas.
Develop creative content for digital campaigns, email, and all other communications as required.
Analyze past marketing campaign data to improve conversions from future campaigns.
Report to the MD/CEO about ongoing marketing campaigns, conversion rates, and cost per conversion.
To initiate, plan, and oversee the delivery of various bespoke marketing projects on behalf of the ORIKI Group.
Develop formalized business plans including commercial terms, go-to-market strategy, and an execution plan.
Work closely across multiple functional areas (design, development & supervising Ad Operations) to execute your deals.
Equipping the ORIKI operational team with the technical and social information needed to enhance sales of the ORIKI products and services.
Monitor changes in Customer Lifetime Value over time to gauge the effectiveness of retention and upselling strategies.
Support the partnerships manager with any promotional materials required to enhance partnerships
Assist with planning and executing events, and attend events on behalf of ORIKI with existing and potential partners
Ensure all ORIKI Spa brochures are updated and carry all information as expected.
Brand Management:
Ensure accuracy and uniformity of all external communication across all channels.
Create brand marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging with existing audiences
Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features).
Ensure the company's social media accounts, mobile app and website are continuously updated and optimized to provide a great user experience.
Attend networking activities, research, model, evaluate and plan for new growth opportunities by connecting with potential partners and performing detailed research on their interest
Stay abreast of key industry trends to make recommendations on new revenue opportunities.
Suggesting upgrades, discounts, or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
Articulate the strategic direction internally and externally.
Requirements
Education/ Professional Qualification:
BA or BSC in Marketing, Business Management or a related discipline
Relevant postgraduate and or professional qualification would be an added advantage.
Professional qualification on Project Management etc will be an added advantage
Experience:
Must possess a minimum of 3 years of work experience in Growth Marketing, User Acquisition Marketing or Sales.
Familiarity with acquisition analysis, A/B testing, and ad fraud detection.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Proven track record of successful growth campaigns.
Expertise with SEO, paid search, paid social, display, retargeting and analytical tools for marketers, such as Google Analytics, Google Trends.
Up-to-date knowledge of mobile performance marketing, trends, and best practices.
Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting.
Leverage analytic tools (Google Analytics, Think with Google, and Google Trends) during market research to find ways to enhance the company’s marketing efforts Responsible for carrying our missions for ORIKI by increasing.
Proficiency in various digital marketing channels such as social media, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Understanding of the strengths and limitations of each channel and the ability to develop integrated marketing strategies that leverage multiple channels for maximum impact.
Able to manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Analyze the performance of different marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, paid advertising) in terms of reach, engagement, and conversion.
Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on content marketing, social media marketing, and paid advertising.
Salary
N450,000 – N500,000 monthly.
