RolePurpose
The Transformation Manager / Senior Project Manager plays a central role in this transition by:
Converting strategy into prioritised, executable initiatives
Driving cross-functional delivery across a complex, multi-revenue business
Strengthening governance, execution discipline, and performance cadence
Acting as a key leverage point for the CEO and Executive Team by ensuring clarity, follow-through, and momentum
This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and leadership, with a mandate to ensure that important initiatives move forward decisively and consistently.
KeyResponsibilities
Business Transformation & Strategic Execution:
Drive the delivery of Bature Brewery’s business transformation agenda, aligned to profitability, operational efficiency, governance maturity, and scalability
Translate strategic priorities into structured programmes and projects with clear milestones, owners, and timelines
Maintain an integrated view of transformation initiatives and ensure alignment across departments
Identify execution risks early and work with senior leaders to resolve them
Identify Business Sustainability elements and drive processes to eliminate risks and build into operational engagements
Programme & Project Management (PMO Function):
Act as the central point of coordination for strategic and cross-functional projects
Own business initiatives (as the champion ) and prioritize execution based on strategic value, financial impact, and organisational capacity
Ensure all Transformation projects have clear scope, success metrics, and reporting cadence
Track progress rigorously and escalate issues where delivery is at risk
Enforce discipline around project selection, sequencing, and closure
Executive Coordination & Governance Cadence;
Structure and coordinate executive meetings, monthly performance reviews, and key decision forums
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and decision papers
Capture decisions, actions, and accountabilities, and ensure consistent follow-through
Maintain visibility over executive priorities, risks, and interdependencies
Draft internal summaries, updates, and briefing notes as required
Performance Management & Reporting Discipline:
Jointly own with the CFO the implementation and ongoing use of scorecards, KPIs, and performance dashboards
Ensure timely, high-quality performance inputs from department heads
Consolidate updates into clear, decision-focused executive summaries
Work closely with the CFO and COO to reinforce a fact-based, accountability-driven performance culture
Act as an integrator across Operations, Production, Sales, Finance, F&B, and External Relations
Ensure alignment where priorities compete, or dependencies exist
Support senior leaders by structuring communications and tracking commitments
Enable collaboration without diluting functional accountability

Strategic initiatives are delivered on time and with clear ownership
Executive meetings are decision-oriented with strong follow-through
Leadership operates with clearer priorities and reduced friction
Governance, reporting, and execution feel structured and predictable
The business demonstrates improved operational discipline and scalability
Business Sustainability index is within +/- 5%
Experience & Background Required
5 to 7 years’ experience in:
Project, programme, or portfolio management
Business transformation or strategy execution roles
Experience working closely with Executives and senior leadership teams
Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
Strong exposure into strategy development and Risk management
Strongly Preferred:
Experience in FMCG, hospitality, manufacturing, or multi-site operations
Exposure to high-growth or scale-up environments
Experience supporting governance or organisational transitions
Strong commercial and financial literacy
Tools & Systems (Preferred Experience):
Candidates should be comfortable operating in a modern, digital-first environment, with experience using or rapidly adopting the following tools:
Collaboration & Communication:
Slack
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Project & Work Management:
Project Management platforms equivalent to Asana, Click-up e.t.c
Ability to design and enforce workflows, timelines, and accountability structures
Data, Reporting & BI:
Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Google Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
Strong Excel / spreadsheet capability for tracking, analysis, and reporting
AI & Productivity Tools:
Practical use of AI tools to improve productivity, documentation, analysis, and decision support
Comfort experimenting with and embedding AI-enabled workflows
Skills & Competencies:
Strong execution discipline and prioritisation capability
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations
High emotional intelligence and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable engaging and constructively challenging senior leaders
Detail-oriented with a strategic perspective
