Job Summary
- The HR & Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all human resources and administrative functions across the organization.
- The role ensures HR and administrative operations run efficiently, supports strategic workforce planning, ensures compliance with policies and labor laws, and fosters a productive and positive workplace culture.
- This position provides leadership in HR strategy, recruitment, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and office management, while driving efficiency through process improvements, technology, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR & Administration:
- Develop and implement HR and administrative strategies aligned with company goals.
- Plan for future workforce needs, training programs, and operational requirements.
- Build HR and administration frameworks that support company growth and multi-site operations.
Human Resources Management:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and talent management across sites.
- Oversee employee records, contracts, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate performance management, appraisals, succession planning, and staff development.
- Support disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and employee relations initiatives.
- Manage payroll oversight, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper reporting.
- Implement and manage HR systems (HRIS, digital filing, workflow tools) to automate HR processes.
Administrative Management:
- Oversee office administration, logistics, facilities, vendor management, and procurement.
- Ensure continuity of operations, timely supply of office and operational materials, and efficient office services.
- Develop, implement, and maintain administrative policies, SOPs, and documentation systems.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, corporate, and operational requirements.
Compliance & Policy Implementation:
- Maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and industry best practices.
- Ensure staff compliance with internal policies, procedures, and site-specific regulations.
- Conduct audits and maintain documentation for inspections and compliance checks.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the HR and administrative teams to ensure high performance.
- Foster a positive culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Train and support staff adoption of HR technologies and digital tools.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare HR and administrative reports for management, including workforce data, compliance, and operational insights.
- Use HR metrics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and process improvements.
Employee Engagement & Communication:
- Promote employee engagement, welfare programs, and retention initiatives.
- Serve as a bridge between management and employees, addressing concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Support internal communication and staff engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- BSc/MBA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, PHR) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years progressive HR and administrative experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing HR and administrative functions across multiple sites or operational environments.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance requirements, payroll, recruitment, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS or digital HR tools.
