Job Description
The Lead Sales & Marketing Manager is a senior, commercially driven role within the Marketing & Corporate Communications Unit of VFD Group.
The role exists to bridge brand visibility with revenue generation, ensuring that marketing investments translate directly into measurable sales outcomes.
Working closely with the Head of MCC, this role contributes to the development and execution of integrated marketing and sales strategies, with a strong emphasis on conversion, acquisition, and growth.
The position requires proven experience executing high-profile, high-target campaigns and converting digital and social media engagement into tangible sales opportunities across multiple business verticals.
This role is central to some of VFD Group’s most critical commercial initiatives, including capital market sales campaigns, B2B product adoption, ecosystem expansion, and subsidiary sales enablement.
Support the Head of MCC in co-creating integrated sales and marketing strategies aligned with group growth and revenue objectives.
Translate brand and marketing strategy into commercial execution plans with clear sales targets and performance metrics.
Align messaging, channels, and campaigns to move prospects from awareness to conversion.
Lead the execution of large-scale, high-impact sales and marketing campaigns, related to capital market sales, Product acquisition and ecosystem growth initiatives, Time-bound, target-driven promotional campaigns
Own campaign planning, execution, tracking, and post-campaign analysis to ensure ROI and revenue accountability.
Co-design and manage conversion-focused digital and social media campaigns that generate qualified leads and sales opportunities.
Build and optimize funnels that convert online engagement into direct sales, subscriptions, sign-ups, or deal pipelines.
Collaborate with strategy, content, digital, and external partners to ensure messaging is persuasive, compliant, and commercially effective.
Track performance metrics including leads, conversions, cost per acquisition, and revenue impact.
Play a leading role in revenue-critical initiatives across the group, including Rights Issue sales and investor acquisition campaigns for VFD Group
Help with driving B2B adoption and enterprise partnerships for products like Bvndle,
Support customer acquisition, product uptake, and market expansion for VBank, Sales support for new products, subsidiaries, and ecosystem partnerships
Work with subsidiary leadership teams to push coordinated sales agendas aligned with group priorities.
Collaborate closely with Product, Business Development, Investor Relations, Digital, Compliance, and Subsidiary Teams.
Act as a commercial execution partner, ensuring clarity on targets, timelines, and accountability.
Support the briefing, coordination, and performance management of external sales, media, and digital agencies where applicable.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant professional certifications in sales, marketing, or digital growth are an advantage
Experience:
7–10+ years experience in sales, marketing, or integrated commercial roles
Demonstrated success executing high-value, high-target sales and marketing campaigns
Strong experience converting social media and digital engagement into sales outcomes
Proven exposure to B2B sales, product adoption, or financial services/fintech ecosystems
Experience supporting capital market, investment, or regulated-industry campaigns is a strong advantage
