Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and complaints
• Respond to customers via calls, WhatsApp, and social media
• Post and engage on social media platforms
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Maintain positive customer relationships

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 - 3 years experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to use social media for posting and customer engagement
• Customer-focused and well-organized.

Remuneration
Salary: N100,000 Monthly.
