Description

• We are seeking experienced Security Supervisors to join our reputable organization in the Security and Investigations industry.
• As a Security Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of our clients’ properties, employees, and assets.
• You will be responsible for overseeing security personnel, ensuring adherence to security protocols, and responding to incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
• As someone with a proven track record in security management, you will be expected to develop and implement strategies that enhance security measures, provide training and mentorship to security staff, and liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Your expertise will be vital in assessing potential risks to our operations and implementing preventative measures to mitigate them.
• This position demands a high level of diligence, professionalism, and ethical conduct, as you will serve as a key representative of our firm. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of security personnel and ensure compliance with established security protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
• Develop, implement, and update security procedures and policies to enhance the safety of the organization.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services in the event of incidents or emergencies, ensuring efficient response protocols are followed.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of security staff, providing guidance and support as necessary.
• Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, personnel performance, and operational issues for management review.
• Conduct investigations into security breaches, theft, or incidents, gathering evidence and documenting findings for follow-up action.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification
• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role within the security industry.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees, clients, and law enforcement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess situations and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• High level of integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to fostering a culture of safety and security.
