Job Title: Operations Support Officer

Location: Oniru, Lagos

Job Summary

• eFTD is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Support Officer to support daily operational activities and ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and field coordination
• Assist with reporting, documentation, and data tracking
• Liaise with operations teams to resolve issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with operational processes and guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in a relevant field
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience in operations, administration, or a related role.
• Basic knowledge of operations and administrative processes
• Good communication and organizational skills.
