Description

• GKT Consults Limited, a professional logistics and executive transportation firm, is seeking a disciplined, safety-conscious, and dependable Executive Driver to support its daily transport and mobility operations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for the secure and timely movement of company executives, staff, guests, and assigned materials, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and vehicle care.
• This role requires early resumption (from 5:30am) and occasional weekend duties based on an established duty roster.
• Proximity to Ajao Estate, Lagos, is a strong advantage. Where distance poses a challenge, temporary accommodation may be provided on active workdays, subject to operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally transport company executives, staff, guests, and materials to and from designated locations in a timely manner.
• Maintain strict adherence to road safety regulations, company driving policies, and defensive driving standards at all times.
• Assist with the loading and offloading of luggage, packages, and work materials, ensuring proper handling and care.
• Plan and adjust travel routes proactively to avoid traffic congestion, road construction, and delays.
• Maintain accurate daily vehicle and movement logs, including time, destinations, mileage, and purpose of trips.
• Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks (fuel level, tyres, lights, brakes, fluids, cleanliness).
• Ensure the assigned vehicle is kept clean, presentable, and roadworthy at all times.
• Promptly execute assigned logistics and transport tasks involving the movement of people and goods.
• Park company vehicles only in authorized and safe locations to avoid fines, towing, or security risks.
• Immediately report accidents, incidents, injuries, traffic violations, or vehicle damage to management.
• Ensure timely renewal of all vehicle documents, licenses, permits, and insurance papers.
• Coordinate and monitor routine servicing and maintenance of vehicles to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and prevent avoidable breakdowns.
• Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all interactions with executives, clients, and guests. 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid Nigerian Driver’s Licence and LASDRI certification (mandatory).
• Minimum of 5–7 years professional driving experience, preferably in an executive or corporate setting.
• Clean driving record with no history of reckless driving or major traffic violations.
• Sound knowledge of road safety regulations and Lagos traffic laws.
• Strong familiarity with Lagos routes, alternative roads, and traffic patterns.
• Ability to use GPS navigation systems, maps, and basic vehicle manuals.
• Physically fit, alert, and capable of long driving hours when required.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly.
• High level of punctuality, reliability, integrity, and personal discipline.
• Neat appearance and ability to dress professionally at all times.

Salary
N150,000 - N250,000 monthly.
