Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Selling to and conversing with customer to determine destination,travel dates, financial considerations, and accommodations required; computing cost of travel; booking transportation and hotel reservations; planning, describing, arranging, and selling itinerary travelpackages and promotional travel incentives
• Support the mission, vision, and strategic plan of Grayworth
• Build relationships to grow international student enrollment, Tourist, Work and Relocation Packages
• Manage clientportfolios and process admission,visaapplications and advise applicants of program options andrequirements
• Process clientfiles as domiclied in his/her custody, conduct credential eligibility evaluations.
• Promptly and courteously, respond to phone calls, emails and other requests from team members and clients
• Create and Promote approved Social media contents acroos social medial channels
• Cordinate all meetings as requested / required for team building.
• Collaborate with co-workers regarding new recruitment strategies, make suggestions on new strategies to increase marketing opportunities for clients acquisitionthereby ensuring high team performances in sales
• Process immigration documents in compliance with Homeland Security Regulations
• Stay up-to-date on government/legislative changes pertaining to international higher education
• Utilize recruitment tools such as social media platforms, personal contacts,fairs, presentations, etc.
• Submit the report offiles processed on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually.
• Assist in development and execution of therecruitment plan and the international orientations
• Collaborate with other departments to assist in recruitment and enrollment efforts
• Work with teamand the management on collaborative projects
• Engage in dispute ressolutions to satisfy aggrieved customers
• Attend to other duties as requested by the Director
• Attend unscheduled meetings, marketing campaigns and other event as requested by the company even on weekends
• Traveling locally, regionally, nationally and overseas, if needed.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / NCE / OND qualification with 0-5 years work experience.

Salary
N60,000 - N80,000 Monthly.
