Ltd a cleaning service company for several multi-national companies, corporate bodies, industrial clients as well as individual clients now has seven other subsidiaries ranging from Defence Products (Land Systems, Air Systems, Naval Systems and Body Armour), Private Cemeteries, Steel and Construction. Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Description

• Responsible for driving the organization’s business growth. Also developing a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee projects growth, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income of the organization.
• Responsible for working with the business development team to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Responsibilties

• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials; evaluating options, resolving internal priorities and recommending equity investments.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations, examining risks and potentials, estimating partner’s needs and goals.
• Guide business development research reports on potential revenue streams and business threats
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations
• Lead the department's financial budgeting process to acquire funds for the department's activities.
• Ensure detailed daily, weekly and monthly report of activities is communicated to the Head, Business Development/GMD
• Carry out any other responsibilities as assigned by the Head, Business Development/GMD.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 4 - 6 years experience.
• Applicants must reside within Abuja and its environs.
