Job Summary

• A premier digital school dedicated to empowering the next generation with essential 21st-century skills. As part of a global network, we specialize in high-quality IT and coding education for children and teens.
• We are currently seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of School to oversee our day-to-day operations and lead our Omole campus to new heights of excellence.

The Role

• As the Head of School, you will be the primary administrator responsible for the school's growth, academic integrity, and operational efficiency.
• You will lead a team of educators and support staff to ensure every student receives a world-class digital education.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manage the daily administrative and technical operations of the school.
• Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of instructors and administrative staff.
• Strategic Growth: Drive enrolment through community engagement and excellent service delivery.
• Academic Oversight: Ensure the curriculum is delivered effectively and maintain high standards of student achievement.
• Stakeholder Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for parents, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.

Who You Are

• We are looking for a leader who is passionate about the intersection of education and technology.
• Experienced Leader: You have a proven track record of leading teams and managing school operations or a training center.
• Tech-Savvy:You possess ample experience in Digital or IT training environments and understand the tech landscape.
• Strategic Thinker:You can balance the "big picture" goals with the fine details of school administration.
• Local Resident:Ideally based within the Lagos Mainland axis (Omole, Ikeja, Magodo, etc.) for ease of commute and local networking.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 3 years experience.
