Description

• We're recruiting a creative designer for a client that operates in the travel industry.
• As the Creative Designer, you will be responsible for blending art and technology to produce visually engaging designs across various media—including websites, blogs, social media platforms, publications, and other company materials—to effectively promote the company’s products, services, and overall objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Create visual concepts that would attract, inform and captivate consumers on the company’s website, blogs, and social media platforms using various graphics softwares
• Develop concepts, designs and layouts for product illustrations, marketing campaigns and media platforms
• Innovatively design advertising/marketing materials and ideas and bring them to life graphically
• Work closely as part of a team with digital media executive, web developers and marketing specialist to produce high quality work
• Work with a range of media including photography and computer – aided design (CAD) to create designs and keeping up to date emerging technologies
• Present ideas to management on product development, identity building and constantly coming up with strategies will improve the unit
• Enhance our websites and blogs with images and videos that would attract and retain a target audience
• Conceptualize, create, design and format marketing materials in all media, i.e., sketches and digital illustrations that would meet the digital needs of the company
• Develop graphics layout and production designs for advertisement, brochures, and magazines

Background and Requirements

• First Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Experience in the travel industry and working with multiple stakeholders is an added advantage
• Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Corel draw, Illustrator etc.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• An understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
• Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
