Job Title: Lounge Operations Manager

About The Role

• The Glass House (TGH) is a well-known premium lounge undergoing repositioning to drive stronger sales, guest spend, and overall performance.
• We are seeking an experienced Lounge Manager who is sales-driven, operationally sound, and deeply exposed to the nightlife industry.
• This role requires someone who can own the business end-to-end, drive revenue, lead teams effectively, and elevate the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, including table and bottle sales
• Convert lounge visibility and foot traffic into consistent guest spend and repeat business
• Oversee end-to-end lounge operations: pre-opening checks, floor management, and closing reports
• Lead, motivate, and discipline floor staff to ensure performance, upselling, and service standards
• Ensure seamless coordination between bar, service, security, and operations teams
• Maintain high standards of guest experience, ambience, and brand positioning
• Analyze sales reports, stock movement, and operational data to identify growth opportunities
• Proactively suggest and execute ideas to improve revenue, guest retention, and lounge performance

Requirements & Experience

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years of experience.
• Proven experience as a Lounge Manager or similar role in a premium lounge, club, or nightlife environment
• Strong sales and commercial mindset with evidence of revenue growth or performance improvement
• Solid understanding of nightlife operations and guest behaviour
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced nightlife environment
• Strong communication, reporting, and decision-making skills
• Ownership mindset with the ability to take initiative and drive results

What We’re Looking For:

• We are looking for a manager who combines sales drive, industry exposure, operational excellence, and leadership. While many professionals may have some of these qualities, this role requires the full combination to successfully reposition and grow TGH.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 / Month.
