BTS Systems Limited is an Information Technology and Solar Renewable Energy Power Solution Company, which started operation since 1998. We are specifically targeting, anticipating and driving the needs of the banking/finance community in Nigeria. We set professional standards in achieving this goal as a formidable value-added reseller and systems designer, intensely focused, professionally equipped and targeting areas requiring intense solutions and knowledge.

We also supply high quality and highly reliable carrier class equipment serving the different market sectors ranging from large government organizations, enterprises, banking sector and small businesses.

We aspire to craft a more sustainable solar energy environment for different cadres of users and reduce the carbon footprint. We design, develop, plan, and build solar modules and systems with hybrid inverters with necessary protective measures up to megawatt range.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
  • Present, promote, and sell company products or services to both new and existing clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while providing transparent and accurate information to clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective sales goals and share best practices.
  • Monitor market competition and provide market feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Keep accurate and organized records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Provide timely and responsive customer support to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Participate in sales and product training programs to stay updated on company offerings.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to network and promote the company's products and services.
  • Stay current with industry knowledge and trends to provide informed product advice.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Years of proven success in sales, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and principles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability and a solution-oriented mindset.
